Which integration should we choose?

Use the Shopify App for the fastest managed path, the Web SDK for custom or headless web placement, the native SDKs for app experiences, and the approved public API reference for server-side workflows agreed during onboarding.

Does the Shopify App require API keys during setup?

The current managed onboarding flow connects the store after the required agreements and subscription step. It does not require copying API keys into the setup screen.

Where do Web SDK credentials come from?

SPREEAI issues a partner ID and approved client ID during onboarding. Never embed a client secret in browser code.

Can we render multiple garments as an outfit?

The current Web SDK documentation supports garment arrays for approved experiences. Review the current API reference for validation and fallback behavior before relying on a multi-garment flow.

Which analytics events are documented?

The current SDK documentation includes client-side callbacks for Try-On button interactions and add-to-cart behavior. Connect them to the retailer’s analytics layer without sending customer imagery or unnecessary personal data.

Are server webhooks available?

Server-push webhooks are not part of the currently published Web SDK documentation. Confirm any server-side event requirement with Partner Engineering.

How long does garment processing take?

Processing time varies with catalogue size, category, asset quality, and launch scope. Monitor the garment states and use the timing agreed in the partner launch plan.

Will the integration block checkout if SPREEAI is unavailable?

It should not. Design and test a normal product and checkout path when the experience cannot load.

When is Amazon Partner Network support available?

The integration is in development and remains marked Coming Soon until the production onboarding and interface are ready for external developers.
