A perspective from Chelsea Suitos, Head of Partnerships and Business Development, and the SPREEAI team.

The best ideas move faster when the team is in the room together.

During SF Tech Week, our SPREEAI team came together in San Francisco for an offsite centered on collaboration, thoughtful conversations, and a shared focus on what comes next. It was a chance to step away from our individual work, spend time together, and reconnect with the experience we are building for brands and shoppers.

A shared view of the work

From a partnerships perspective, our work begins with understanding people. What does a brand want its customers to feel? Where does a shopping journey become difficult? What would make the next decision easier?

Bringing those questions into the same room as the people building the experience matters. It gives us space to listen, compare perspectives, and connect the needs of our partners with the care that goes into the product.

An offsite creates room for that exchange. A conversation can continue beyond a meeting. An idea can become clearer when someone sees it from another angle. Time together helps us understand the work, and one another, a little better.

Bringing the experience into the conversation

As part of SF Tech Week, Chelsea joined the conversation around how fashion, technology, and commerce are coming together to create more intuitive experiences for brands and shoppers.

For our team, that starts with a familiar question: How will this look on me?

Seeing a garment on yourself can bring a different kind of clarity to the decision. It makes room to explore a new silhouette, compare looks, and understand a choice in a more personal way.

Our partnerships work keeps that human experience at the center. We want to understand where SPREEAI can fit into a brand's world and help discovery feel natural, wherever someone shops.

The people behind the experience

Every demonstration carries the work of a much larger team. The people presenting the experience and the people building it behind the scenes are part of the same story.

That is what made our time in San Francisco meaningful. Alongside the conversations about what comes next, there was time to appreciate the people making it possible.

We left with a shared focus on continuing that work together: listening closely, building thoughtfully, and creating experiences that help people explore fashion with greater confidence.

A great day with the people building the future, both on stage and behind the scenes.
